Fold proteins at the atom level

We develop a predictive model, Direct3D, that enables direct prediction of protein 3D coordinates using its sequence alone. We applied the protocol to infer 3D structures of the template-free modeling targets. The inferred structures assessed that the atomic-level accuracy of the computational strategy.
